The Topeka Daily State Journal Thursday April 11, 1918 Deaths and Funerals. Preston John DUNHAM, age 17, died this morning at his home, 1328 Polk street. His death was caused by pneumonia. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the residence. Burial in Topeka cemetery. The boy was a senior in the Topeka high school. Mrs. Olllie HWOKS, 28 years of age, died Wednesday of pneumonia at her home, 943 North Fillmore street. Funeral announcements will be made later. Mrs. Rilla HIGGINS died today at her home in Tecumseh. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the residence. Burial in Topeka cemetery.
