He was the son of the late Rev. Peter PIERSON, founder of the Swedish Bethel church of Topeka. The body will be brought to Topeka for burial. Funeral announcements later. J.E. SMALL, 64 years old, died Tuesday evening at his home in Shorey. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from Penwell's chapel. Burial in Topeka cemetery. The funeral will be in charge of the Odd Fellows and the Knights of Pyrhias. T.B. SWEET, 77 years old, died Wednesday night at his home, 231 Topeka avenue. The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon. Burial in Topeka cemetery. No flowers. Mrs. Maria Crosby HAMMATT, 72 years old, died Wednesday evening at her home, 602 West Tenth street. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home. The body will be shipped to Hampden, Maine for burial. The funeral of Isaac MORRIS, 95 years old, who died at Colton, Calif., will be held tomorrow at 2:30 o'clock from the Tecumseh M.E. church. Burial in Bethel cemetery. John W. NEWELL, 17, years old, died at his home, 635 Watson avenue. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock from the home. Burial in Topeka cemetery. Squire G. CANTRILL, 68 years old, of Harveyville, Kan., died this morning at a local hospital. The body will be shipped to Harveyville for burial. Philip George BROWN, 72 years old, died Wednesday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George SMITH, 224 Polk street. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock form the Church of the Assumption. Burial in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
