    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday May 2, 1961 Clyde W. Strimple. Clyde W. STRIMPLE, 64, of Rossville, died Monday in a Topeka hospital. He was a painter. Born Nov. 24, 1896, in Greenwood County, he was a member of the American Legion and Methodist Church both of Rossville. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Anna Strimple at home; a son, Orville Strimple of Rossville; a daughter, Mrs. Venielle McCLAIN of Ashton, Ill.; two brothers, Guy Strimple of Rossville and Orville E. Strimple, 2027 N. Tyler; and five sisters, Mrs. Eva DeGRAFF and Mrs. Minnie STOCKTON, both of Topeka; Mrs. Gergia WARES of Woodward, Okla.; Mrs. Clara DeGRAFF of Albany, Ore.; and Mrs. Jessie BURTON of Macklin, Minn. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Rossville Methodist Church with burial in the Rossville Cemetery. The Hurley Funeral Home of Rossville is in charge of arrangements.
