The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday December 4, 1960 Elsie W. Lewis, Is Dead at 63. Mrs. Elsie W. LEWIS, 63, 1726 Kaw, who lived her all her life, died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born July 20, 1897, in Topeka and was a member of the Auxiliary of the Moose. Surviving are her widower, Harry W. Lewis of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Charlotte ANDERSON, 2201 Washburn; three sons, Isaac KINGMAN of San Francisco, Calif., Henry KINGMAN, 1121 Armagh, and Warren KINGMAN of San Jose, Calif; three sisters, Mrs. Rosalie BEDWELL of Goodland, MRs. Emma Belle BENNETT, 2531 Granthurst, and Mrs. Bessie DWYER of Monterey Park, Calif.; three brothers, C.N.DUNCAN of Collyer, C.W. DUNCAN of Los Angeles, Calif., and Fred W. DUNCAN of Long Beach, Calif.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Parker Mortuary will announce arrangements.
