The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday November 6, 1960 Topeka Man's Rites Pending. Charles WEAKLY, 837 Orleans, died Saturday in a local hospital following a brief illness. He was born in Macon, Mo., and had been a resident of Topeka since March of this years. He formerly lived at Kansas City. He was employed by the Shultz Bakery Co.; Tasty Baking Co., and Manor Baking Co., all of Kansas City. He was a member of the Eastgate Masonic Lodge and Bakery Salesman Local Union 335 in Kansas City. Survivors include his widow, Maude, of the home; a son, Joseph C., 2501 Granthurst; a brother, W.A. Weakly, Macon, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Alice MULLINAX, Kansas City, Kan.; and two grandsons. Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
