The Topeka Daily Capital Monday May 1, 1961 Virgie Turnbull. Mrs. Virgie TURNBULL, 45, of Eskridge, died unexpectedly Saturday night at her home. Born April 23, 1916, near Admire, Mrs. Turnbull had lived most of her life in the Eskridge community. She was a member of the Eskridge Methodist Chruch, the OES and WSCS. She is survived by her widower, William, and three sons, Darrell, Keith, Kenneth, and John Michael all of the home; her mother, Mrs. Frances WHEAT of Eskridge; four sisters, Mrs. Mildren WILSON and Mrs. Margaret HENDERSON, both of Eskridge; Mrs. Neoia PARRE of Kansas City and Mrs. Wanda BOWDEN of Hoyt. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Eskridge Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Eskridge cemetery. Austin Funeral Home of Eskridge is in charge.
