    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday March 7, 1961 Motier C. Bullock. Services for the Rev. Motier Carlos BULLOCK, 83, 2750 E. 37th, will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Penwell-Gabel Chapel and at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Craft Funeral Home at Fenton, Mich. He died Monday in a Topeka hospital after a long illness. The Rev. Mr. Bullock, a Congregational minister for more than 50 years, was born March 26, 1877, at Elba, Mich. He was graduated with an A.B. degree from Olivet College, Olivet, Mich., in 1902 and received his B.D. degree form the Oberlin Graduate School of Theology at Oberlin, Ohio in 1907. After his ordination to the ministry June 22, 1906, the Rev. Mr. Bullock held pastorates in Michigan, Ohio, New York, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Nebraska. He served as chaplain in France during World War I. While he was at McCook, Neb., where he served his longest passtorate, he was elected moderator of the Congregational-Christian churches of Nebraska. He was a member of the Topeka Higland Presbytery and was a 32nd degree Mason, Knight Templar and Rotarian. He had been active in Boy Scout and 4-H work. Survivors include two sons, Carlos D. Bullock of the home; and Mark W. Bullock of Dallas, Tex.; a daughter, Mrs. C. Wesley ISRAEL of Des Plaines, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandson; a brother Dr. Dillman S. Bullock, a retired missionary to Chile, and three sisters, Mrs. Martha SEELYE of Grand Rapids, Mich.; Mrs. Milton HOFFER of Rogers City, Mich.; and Mrs. Guy C. CANNON of Midland, Mich. Burial will be in the Old Hadley Cemetery at Hadley, Mich.
