WIliam John PETERSON, 76, died Monday at his home, 306 Lake. he was born June 27, 1874, in Sweden and came to the United States when he was 17 years old. He had made his home in Topeka since 1896 and was a member of the East Side Methodist Church. He was a retired carpenter. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Peterson, of the home; two sons, Ralph A. Peterson of the home, and William J. Peterson, Jr., Garden Grove, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. Cloyd WOLFLEY and Mrs. Fred ISLER, both of Topeka; Mrs. Clayton ADDY, San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Miles CANNON, Long Beach, Calif., and 10 grandchildren.
