James Oscar WEBBER, 62, of Lecompton, died unexpectedly from a heart attack Friday night while attending a meeting of Jehovah's Witnesses at 514 1/2 Kansas Avenue. He was born September 30, 1889, in Webber, Kan., and had made his home in Lecompton since 1903. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Hope Webber of the home; a son, Wayne Webber, Big Springs; two daughers, Mrs. Juanita WRIGHT, Topeka and Mrs. Ruby HARTFORD, Kansas City, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha McCOLLUM and MRs. Alice HAMILTON both of Topeka; a brother, Frank Webber, Topeka and five grandchildren.
