The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday March 25, 1958 Joe Fowler. Joe FOWLER, 46, brother of Mrs. C.E. Graff, 2228 Wilmington, died Monday in Granger, Wyo. He was an employee of the Union Pacific signal department and had been associated with the company 30 years. Besides his sister in Topeka, he is survived by four other sisters, Mrs. Martin Thamling, Garden City; Mrs. Earl Holman, Kansas City, Mo.; Mrs. Cora Adams, Rockford Ill., and Mrs. Nellie Nichols, Thomasville, Mo. Funeral services will be at Cheyenne, Wyo.
