The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday March 2, 1961 Robert T. Arthur. Robert T. ARTHUR, 83, 1724 Kansas, an employe of the Santa Fe Railway since 1903, died Wednesday in a Topeka hospital. He was a retired switchman and engine foreman. Mr. Arthur was born Sept. 8, 1877, in Roanoke, Va., and lived in Topeka most of his life. Surviving are three brothers, Walter Arthur, 605 Warren; Joseph Arthur of Seattle, Wash. and Alfred Arthur of Oklahoma City, Okla., and a sister, Mrs. Mary Anne Harrison of Kansas City. Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home will announce arrangements.
