The Topeka Daily Capital Wednesday November 30, 1927 Rev. S. A. Rivers Is Dead. Mrs. Clement Richardson of the Kansas Vocational school has been called to Meridian, Miss., by the death of her father, the Rev. S.A. RIVERS. The Rev. Mr. Rivers for the past 15 years was a Sunday school missionary and teacher in the Meridian Baptist seminary. He is survived by his widow and three daughters, Mrs. Andrew Washington, Washington, D.C.; Mrs. Mamie Welch, Tuskogee institute, and Mrs. Richardson of Topeka.
