The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday January 11, 1951 Jesse E. Couch. Jesse E. COUCH, 62, of 501 East Fourth, died Wednesday morning in a Topeka hopsital. He was born October 12, 1888, in Platte City, Mo. and came to Topeka from Kansas City in 1923. He was former manager of the University Club and later owner and operator of the Bromich Hotel. He was a member of Topeka Lodge, No. 17, A.F. & A.M. and the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. J.E. Couch; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Turner, Selman, Okla., and a brother, Perry Couch, Selman, Okla.
