The Topeka Daily Capital Wednesday February 1, 1961 Helen Gentry Is Dead at 67; Rites Thursday. Mrs. Helen GENTRY, 67, 3930 Shunga Drive, died Tuesday at her home. She was born Nov. 3, 1893, in Topeka and lived her all her life. She was a member of the First Christian Church and the auxiliary of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. Survivors include her widower, C.C. Gentry of the home; one daughter, Mrs. J.C. Allen of the home; one son, Richard B. Gentry, 1129 Webster; three grandchildren, and three sisters, Mrs. harriet Morriss, 2617 Maryland, Mrs. Clara Aura of Kansas City, Kan.; and Mrs. W.E. Elllis of Kansas City, Kan. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Wall-Diffenderfer Chapel with burial in Mount Hope Cemtery.
