The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday April 2, 1961 Walter L. Vose Is Dead at 54. Walter L. VOSE, 54, of 2513 Wisconsin, died Saturday in a Topeka hospital. He lived in Topeka since 1926 and was employed by the Kansas Power and Light Co. He was a charter member of the Highland Park Presbyterian Church and a member of Topeka IOOF Lodge No. 1. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mildred M. VOSE at home; his mother, Mrs. W.F. Vose of Stockton; three brothers, Paul Vose of Logan, Boyd Vose of Speed and Perry Vose, 3019 Sproaten Lane. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Highland Park Presbyterian Church. The body will be at the Ted Tibbits Mortuary until noon Wednesday.
