    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday October 2, 1960 Services for Earl O. Brittain, 52, of Hutchinson, formerly of Topeka, wil lbe at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Johnson and Johnson Funeral Home at Hutchinson with burial there. He died Friday near Fredonia. The car he was driving went off the embankment. He was alone at the time. He previously had suffered three heart attacks, one of them about a week ago. Born Nov. 14, 1907, in Topeka, he was a resident here until about 25 years ago. He was a veteran of World War II and a used car dealer. He was a member of the Reorganized Chruch of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Moose and Eagle lodges. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Agnes Brittain, 815 Qunicy; one brother, Russell Brittain of La Junta, Colo., three sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Saylor, 222 N. Knox, Mrs. Mildren Ramsey of Compton, Calif., and Mrs. Ruth Menderhati of Downey, Calif.
