The Topeka Daily Capital Wednesday March 1, 1961 Harvey Wilcox Is Dead at 76. Harvey L. WILCOX, 76, of Dover died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 4, 1884, near Weeping Water, Neb., and farmed in Dover for the last 40 years. Survivors include three brothers, E.V. Wilcox, 1125 Wayne; Guy Wilcox of Blue Rapids and A.L. Wilcox of St. Helena, Calif., and serveral nieces and nephews. Davidson-Eslinger-Duff Funeral Home will announce arrangements.
