    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday November 3, 1951 P.A. Gray, Topeka Abstracter, Dies. Philip A. GRAY, 59, vice-president of the Columbia Title & Trust Co., died Friday morning in a Topeka hospital. Mr. Gray was born June 29, 1892, in Topeka. He attended the Topeka scholls and Washburn University where he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. After completing his schooling, he entered the abstract business in Topeka. He was president of the Topeka Title & Bond Co. when his company was consolidated with the Columbian Title & Trust Co. He had served as vice-president of the Columbian Company since the merger. He was a past president of the Kansas Title Association, a charter member of the Topeka Lions Club and a member of the Elks Lodge and the Topeka Country Club. Mr. Gray is survived by his wife, Mrs. Antoineete C. Gray, of the home, 2042 Birchwood; a son, Clark A. Gray, Topeka; two grandsons, Paul Alan and Philip Stubbs Gray, Topeka; and a sister, Mrs. L.K. Thompson, Ligonier, Ind. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Mount Hope Cemetery.
