The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday October 2, 1960 Services Scheduled Today For Mrs. Nettie Daniels, 88. Services for Mrs. Nettie Daniels, 88, of 1135 College, will be at 2 p.m. today in Mulvane Chapel at the Methodist Home. Burial will be in Elsmore in Allen County. She died Friday afternoon at the Methodist Home. She was born Aug. 4, 1872, in Bourbon County. Her husband, the late Rev. E.M. Daniels, was a Methodist minister in Kansas for many years. Rev. Daniels served churches in Elsmore, Erie, Bronson, Bonner Springs, Kansas City, Columbus, Parsons and Paola. Rev. Daniels died July 29, 1945, and Mrs. Daniels moved from Paola to the Methodist Home Jan. 6, 1947. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Marion Phillips of Osawatomie, and two grandsons. The Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
