The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday July 15, 1939 Mrs. Rebecca Magill. Mrs. Rebecca MAGILL, 70, widow of the late Samuel J. Magill, died Friday night at her home, 1188 Mulvane Avenue. She was born August 30, 1868, in Limerick, Ireland, and came to the United States with her parents at the age of eighteen months. She had been a resident of Topeka for the past forty years and as a member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Richard Kilbourne, Norris, Tenn.; three sons, W.S. Magill, Fanwood, N.J.; D.W. and L.M. Magill, both of Topeka; three sisters, Mrs. J.H. Booth, Mrs. Grace Perry, and Miss Anna L. Adams, all of Topeka; two brothers, The Rev. M. J. Adams, Mt. Zion, Kan., and J.J. Adams, Chicago, Ill., and eight grandchildren. The body was taken to the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary pending funeral arrangements.
