    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday January 3, 1952 Morton D. Conard. Morton D. Conard, 53, fo 300 Tyler, died Wednesday in a Topeka hospital. He was bron June 15, 1898 in Topeka and lived here his entire life. He was a representative of the Thomas D. Murphy Advertising Co. of Red Oak, Iowa. He served with the 139th Sanitary Train of the Thirty-Fifth Division during World War I. He was a member of the United Presbyterian Church, I.O.O.F. Lodge, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Emily Conard of the home; two daughters, Mrs. G.A. Rudolph, Wichita, and Miss Emily Louise Conard, Venice, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Loren Painter and Miss Catherine Conard, both of Topeka, and Mrs. C.A. Frisinger, Independence, Kan. The funeral will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Henry Donaldson, Arthur Farmer, Burton Marcy, William Richards, Ray Ellington and Tom Kensett.
