The Topeka Daily Capital Wednesday March 1, 1961 Myrtle Israel Dies; Funeral Thursday. Mrs. Myrtle Israel. Mrs. Myrtle ISRAEL, 104 S. Broadmoor, died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was 67. She was born Nov. 4, 1893, on a farm near Overbrook, and lived in Topeka for the last six years. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Flourine Adamson, of the home; Mrs. Leah Eichman of St. Marys, and Mrs. Eula Tarr of Fort Worth, Tex.; three sons, Russell Israel, 2004 N. Polk; Charles Israel of Fort Worth and Dean Israel of Osage City; 14 grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Pearl O'Bryhim of Overbrook. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Overbrook Methodist Church with burial in the Overbrook Cemetery. Baker Funeral Home of Overbrook is in charge.
