The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday July 15, 1939 Mrs. Louisa K. Vawter. Mrs. Louisa K. VAWTER, 88, died Friday at the home of her son, Clarence D. Vawter, at Wakarusa. Besides her son she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Rebecca Brown, Philadelphia, Pa.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Sunday afternoon at 2:20 o'clock at Auburn Methodist Church, with interment in Shawnee Center Cemetery. The body is lying in state at the Lee Funeral Home in Carbondale until Sunday.
