The Topeka Daily Capital Friday July 14, 1939 W.W. Kelsey. Word was received by officers of the Topeka Typographical Union Thursday of the death of Monday of W.W. KELSEY, 79, a member of the organization, at the Union Printers Home at Colorado Springs. Mr. Kelsey fell under a moving train in 1913 and both legs were cut off. Since that time he has been a resident of the Union Printers Home. He worked at most of the Topeka print shops rom 1896 until the time of the accident.
