The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday October 3, 1965 Topeka Angler Drowns in Lake. Waverly--(Special)--Fred Harold MILLS, 66, 715 Western, Topeka, died in a 15-acre private lake about three miels northeast of here while fishing Saturday.
