The Topeka Daily Capital Monday November 1, 1965 Edith Fleming Dies at 91. Mrs. Edith M. FLEMING, 91, 2040 Pembroke Lane, died Sunday at a Topeka hospital after a long illness. She was born Jan. 8, 1874, at Lyndon, the daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. Nelson HOLLINGSWORTH. She spent most of her life in Kansas. She was a member of the Westminster Presybyterian Church. Her husband, O.A. Fleming who was one of the founders of the Fleming Company, died March 22, 1960. Survivors include a son, Ned N. Fleming, Route 8; two daughters, Mrs. A.K. WILSON and Mrs. Robert HASTY, both of Wichita; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Private services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Graveside services willbe at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lyndon cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church. Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
