The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday November 2, 1965 Irma Ross Dies; Rites Wednesday. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Perry Methodist Church for Mrs. Irma ROSS, 72, Williamstown, who died Monday in a Topeka hospital. She was born May 18, 1893, in Jefferson County and spent most of her life in Jefferson and Shawnee counties. She was a member of Liberty Presbyterian Church near Oskaloosa. She was a Wanamaker 4-H Club leader many years. A son, William Ira Ross, Jr., died iin 1922. Survivors include her husband, William Ira Ross, of the home; two sons, Merle Ross, 2412 Shunga Drive, and Charles Ross, 4509 W.17th, two daughters, Justine Ross, Lecompton and Dorothy Mae HUGHEY, Garden Grove, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Ava KILLINGER, Perry, and Rosa SAYLER, 612 Taylor; two brothers, John Sayler, 1421 Burnett Road, and William Sayler, Winchester; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery at Perry. Hampton Funeral Home at Oskaloosa is in charge of arrangements.
