Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home for Scott Robert ECKLES, 75, 1122 Monroe, who died in a Topeka hospital Wednesday after a long illness. Born at Nortonville, Dec. 27, 1885, he lived there until moving to Topeka in 1915. He was a clerk in the office of the Santa Fe Railway car accountant for many years before retiring several years ago. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary E. Eckles of the home. Burial will be in Nortonville Cemetery.
