    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday February 5, 1952 Maj. Raymond Trapp, Former Topekan Dies. The body of Maj. Raymond O. TRAPP, 42, of San Mateo, Calif., former Topekan who died January 26 at Bad Neuheim, Germany, will be brought to Topeka for burial. Major Trapp was a former Kansas National Guard officer and was called into service in December, 1940. At the time of his death he was deputy commander of the 38th Transport Truck Battalion in Germany. He was born December 8, 1909, in Salina, and was a former employee of the auditor of freight accounts office of the Santa Fe Railroad Co. in Topeka. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary E. Trapp; two children, Raymond Trapp Jr., 19, and John Trapp, 8; his mother, Mrs. Annie E. Trapp, Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, Leo O. Trapp, and a sister, mrs. Marguerite V. Kendrick, both of Topeka.
