    3. The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday November 3,1960 Howard J. Marney. Howard James MARNEY, 67, Route 8, died Tuesday in a Topeka hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Rossville Presbyterian Chruch with burial in Rossville. He was born Oct. 15, 1893, at Belvue and was a contractor by trade. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Gladys Marney of the home; five daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Fowles of Kansas City, Mrs. Ida Watson of Glenwood Springs, Colo., Mrs. Zelma Trammell of Dallas, Texas, Mrs. Audrey Goodale of Kansas City, and Mrs. Marlene Robinson, Miami, Fla.; four sons, Jim and Gifford Marney of Glenwood Springs, Colo., Raymond Marney of Dallas, and Howard Marney, Jr. of the home; two brothers, Clyde Marney of Trenton, Mo., and Glenn Marney of Rossville; two sisters, Mrs. Rena Patton of Rossville and Mrs. Ruth Mannis of American Fork, Utah; 24 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Hurley Funeral Home of Rossville is in charge.
