Funeral services for Fred STROSCHER, 72, who died Thursday at his home, 517 East Second street, will be at Wall-Diffenderfer mortuary, Saturday at 3:30 p.m. Burial will be in Topeka cemetery. He was born in Polan, February 25, 1864, and had been a resident of Topeka 29 years. He was employed by the Santa Fe until 1930 when he retired. He was a machinist. He was a member of the Colege Avenue Baptist church and the Security Benefit association. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cary Stroscher; two daughters, Mrs. G.H. Dreyer and Mrs. H.A. Hosier, of Topeka; one brother, William Stroscher in Germany, and five grandchildren.
