The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday November 8, 1951 Mrs. Sarah Bailey. Mrs. Sarah BAILEY, 52, of 3118 Doran, died suddenly Wednesday night in a Topeka hospital. She became ill at her home and died two hours afterward. She was born February 4, 1889, in Scranton, Kan., and moved to Topeka two years ago from Carbondale. She is survived by her husband, Albert W. Bailey of the home; a duaghter, Mrs. Lorraine Cox, Mayetta; a son, Leland Booher, Topeka; a brother, Roy Shepherd, Carbondale; and a sister, Mrs. Mae Austin, Denver, Colo. Burial will be in Carbondale Cemetery.
