The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday January 5, 1952 Mrs. Susie L. Helsey. Mrs. Susie L. HELSEY, 84, mother of Dr. Charles W. Helsey, pastor of the Central Congregational Church, died Thursday in Pomona, Calif. After services there, her body will be taken to Denison, Iowa, her former home, for services and burial.
