The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday August 27, 1910 Jeremiah NICCUM, an old settler of Shawnee county, died at 4 o'clock yesterday at his home two miles east of Tecumseh. He was 81 years old and came to Kansas in 1854. The cause of his death was dropsy. The funeral will be held from the Tecumseh M.E. church at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Interment will be in Bethel cemetery.
