The Topeka Daily Capital Monday October 8, 1951 Mrs. C.R. Wagener. Mrs. Christina R. WAGENER, 70, of 316 The Drive, widow of Joseph A. Wagener, died Sunday morning in a Topeka hospital. She was born May 6, 1881, in Cuba, Kan., and had made her home in Topeka since 1906. She had been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. Clarence M. Whitlow, 605 West Tenth for the past two years. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Security Benefit Association and Royal Neighbors of America. Besides her daughter, she is survived by two sons, Frederick E. and Herman R. Wagener, both of Topeka; a grandson, Glenn M. Wagener, Portland, Ore., a brother, Joe Ryba, Rosenberg, Texas; and a sister, Mrs. Rose Kvasnicka, Narka, Kan. The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery.
