The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday July 16, 1939 Frank Blackwell. Frank BLACKWELL, 63, died Saturday night at the home of his sister, Mrs. S.D. Patterson, 615 West Seventeenth Street. He is survived by Mrs. Patterson and another sister, Mrs. Dora WEBER, of Kansas City, Mo. The body was taken to the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary pending funeral arrangements.
