The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday February 5, 1952 Mrs. Ida Smith. Mrs. Ida SMITH, 83, died Monday morning in an Onaga hospital. She made her home in Topeka from 1906 until 1917 when she and other members of her family moved to a farm near Onaga. her husband, J.T. Smith, died in 1918. She is survived by a son, Spencer H. Smith, Onaga; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Walter B. Aley, Berryton, and Orla L. Aley, Washington, D.C. The funeral will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Onaga.
