Funeral services for Pfc Orval Edwin HAM, 19, who died October 26, in Alaska, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary, with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery. He was born October 1, 1932, in Topeka, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur C. Ham, of 711 Arter. He entered the Army in March, 1950, and had been with a unit of Army engineers near Anchorage, Alaska, since June, 1950. Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Gladys and Ruth Ham of the home; and three brothers, Clarence, Gaylord, and Joseph Ham, all of Topeka.
