The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday February 8, 1916 Mrs. Jane BASS, 75 years old, wife of George Bass, died yesterday afternoon at her home, on the corner of Munson and Frazier avenues. She is survived by her husband, three sons, Sam Bass, George Bass, Jr., and William Bass, all of Topeka; and three daughters, Mrs. Emma Wilson, of Auburn, kan.; Mrs. J.O. Northrup, of Basehor, Kan., and Mrs. Mary Hercules, of Topeka. The funeral will be held at 2:30 o'clock from the Seabrook Congregational Church. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery.
