The Topeka Daily Capital Sunday February 13, 1916 Mrs. E. A. SLUSHER, 92 years old, formerly an old resident of Topeka, died February 4 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. S.T. SCOTT, of Los Angeles, Cal. Mrs. SLUSHER came to Kansas in 1871 and left here twenty years ago to make her home with her daughter in California. She was the mother of E.G. SLUSHER of Topeka.
