The Topeka Daily Capital Saturday March 3, 1951 Mrs. Mary Jane Judy. Mrs. Mary Jane JUDY, 82, died Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. D.D. DURFLINGER, 235 Clay. She was born November 19, 1868, in St. Louis, Mo., and made her home in Jefferson County before moving to Topeka 23 years ago. She was a member of the Holy Name Church. She is survived by two sons, Asa Judy, Oskaloosa, and Eugene Judy, Atlanta, Ga.; three daughters, Miss Catherine Judy, Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. Clyde E. DENNEN and Mrs. DURFLINGER, both of Topeka; two brothers, Dennis and John BERGIN, both of Perry, and eight grandchildren. Her husband, Oliver W. Judy, died in 1926. A son, William Judy, also preceded her in death.
