The Topeka Daily Capital Friday February 8, 1952 Marcellus M. Herman Marcellus M. HERMAN, 67, of Route 8, died Thursday in a Topeka hospital. He was born January 2, 1885, in Shawnee County and made his home in this county his entire life. He was a member of Orient Lodge No. 51, A.F.&A.M. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Geraldine HERMAN, and a son, William F. Herman, and a daughter, Mrs. Mildred MANN, both of Topeka; one grandchild; a sister, Mrs. W.B. BEACH, Delphos, Kan., and a brother, Paul V. HERMAN, Route 2, North Topeka. The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery.
