The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday July 18, 1936 George Modell Buried. The Wall-Diffenderfer chapel was filled yesterday for the funeral of George MODELL, auditor of Hotel Jayhawk, who died Friday in Stormont Hospital. Dr. M. Ray McKay, pastor of the First Baptist Church, conducted the service. Burial was in Fairlawn addition to Mt. Hope Cemetery.
