The Topeka Daily Capital Friday February 3, 1961 Oscar A. White. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Wall-Diffenderfer Chapel for Oscar A. WHITE, 76, 725 Lane, who died Thursday at his home. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. He was born at Scranton May 5, 1884, and moved to Topeka more than 50 years ago. He was a retired painter and paper hanger. Surviving are two brothers, Fred M. White, 720 MacVicar and Wesley White of Barstow, Calif.; a sister, Miss Pearl White of Burlingame; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
