The Topeka Daily Capital Tuesday July 18, 1936 Scott Winfield Parks. Scott Winfield PARKS, died late Sunday night at his home, 2050 Clay Street, from a heart attack. Mr. Parks had been in ill health for the past four years. He had been a resident at the same address for the past twenty-nine years. Before moving to Topeka he lived on a farm in the Rochester community. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Carrie Parks and one daughter, Miss Grace Margaret Parks, both of the home. The body was taken to the Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary pending funeral arrangements.
