The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday March 1, 1951 John Fertig. John FERTIG, 75, former resident of Topeka and Scranton, died Tuesday night in San Bernardino, Calif. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. May Fertig, San Bernardino; five daughters, Mrs. George HOY, Auburn; Mrs. Mabel LYNN, Mrs. Mildred Fear, Mrs. Enid PARRISH and Mrs. Georgia ROBERTS, all of California; and a son, Bill Fertig, California. He was a cousin of James DWYER and Mrs. S.J. SWEARINGEN both of Topeka. Interment will be in San Bernardino.
