The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday March 1, 1951 Mrs. Rhoda F. Fear. Mrs. Rhoda F. FEAR, 89, widow of the late Dr. J.C. FEAR of Waverly, died Tuesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. T.T. KELLY, of Burlington. She suffered a heart attack Saturday. Her husband, who died in 1937, was a physician at Waverly more than 50 years and served in the State Legislature from Coffey County. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Frank LEBOW of Salina and Mrs. KELLY.
