The Topeka Daily Capital Thursday March 1, 1951 Mrs. J.K. Hiebert. Mrs. J. K. HIEBERT, 79, mother of Dr. Homer L. Hiebert of 1517 Randolph, died Monday in a Wichita hospital. She was the widow of J.K. Hiebert of Hillsboro. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hillsboro. In addition to her son, she leaves a daughter, Mrs. August EBEL of Hillsboro; two other sons, Dr. A.E. Hiebert of Wichita and Dr. J. Mark Hiebert of New York, N.Y.; a sister, Mrs. C.A. Hiebert of McPherson; a brother, A.A. EITZEN of Hillsboro; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A fourth son, Dr. Joelle C. Hiebert of Lewiston, Maine, preceded her in death in 1944.
