The Topeka Daily Capital Friday June 16, 1939 Mrs. Rosa E. Vest. Mrs. Rosa E. VEST of Tulsa, Okla., and former resident of Big Springs, died Wednesday afternoon in Albuquerque, N.M., from injuries received in an automobile accident Monday. The body will be brought to Penwell's Funeral Home in Topeka and funeral services and burial will be at Big Springs. Mrs. Vest was born and lived most of her life at Big Springs. She and Mr. Vest moved to Tulsa a few years ago. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gewneth EDWARDS, Globe, Ariz., and Mrs. Nettie ROBSON, Miami, Ariz.; her mother, Mrs. Mame GEELAN, Big Springs; three sisters, Mrs. C.M. MORRISS, Topeka; Mrs. Salmoe BRENEMAN, Tecumseh; and Mrs. W.E. JONES, Emporia; three brothers, Amos G. Geelan, Topeka, Jud W. Geelan, Lecompton and Charles H. Geelan, Stowell, Texas.
