The Topeka Daily Captial Saturday November 30, 1957 Harrison C. Platter. Harrison C. PLATTER, 63, died Wednesday in the Holton Hospital. He was born September 2, 1894, in Licking, Mo., and had been a high school teacher the past 35 years, spending the last two in Mayetta. Mr. Platter was a World War I veteran. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lucy Platter, Yakima, Wash.; three sons, John, serving with the Air Force in Del Rio, Texas, and Lochiel and Thomas, both of Yakima, and three daughters, Verlene, Iris and Linda all of Yakima. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Mercer Funeral Home, Holton with burial in the Holton Cemetery.
